Responsibilities

  • Complete PLACE Existing-Agent Launch - our in-house training program.
  • Execute PLACE's lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
  • Conduct two open houses per month.
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments.
  • Participate in weekly script practice and team activities.
  • Commit to weekly coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls.
  • Consult with sellers, convert them into listings, and effectively market their homes.
  • Utilize expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers.
  • Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology for efficient and effective management.
