Requirements

• Active and unrestricted real estate license.
• Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real estate experience.
• Proven track record of winning web leads and clients over, closing deals and earning referral business.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Embrace technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Get 100 new customers each year from Redfin, in addition to helping clients already in your sphere or book of business.
• Manage your deals and stay in touch with your whole pipeline using our proprietary CRM.
• Receive support from a dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and a team of showing agents.
• Qualify opportunities and book them directly on your calendar through our inside sales team.
• Handle many details for events, like organizing showing appointments.
