About The Position
We are seeking motivated apartment locators to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This position offers the flexibility of working from home, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. As an apartment locator, you will play a crucial role in helping clients find their ideal apartments while earning a competitive income based on a new commission payment plan that we are excited to introduce. Your success in this role will largely depend on your ability to generate leads independently, as you will be responsible for your own lead generation system. The company will take care of all collections and management company invoicing fees, allowing you to focus on what you do best: connecting clients with their perfect living spaces. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated and have a passion for real estate. You will have the opportunity to work flexible hours, ranging from 5 to 50 hours per week, depending on your availability and commitment. To be considered for this position, you must possess a valid Real Estate License, as it is a requirement for this role.
