Our portfolio includes advisory for property operations, asset management, market research, and financial modeling—enabling clients to optimize their assets and achieve mission-oriented goals. What the Job Involves We are currently seeking a Summer Intern in Real Estate Advisory/Consulting to join our team. In this role, you will learn market research and analytics, real estate financial modeling, and report/presentation preparation—gaining insight into property operations and asset management for client portfolios.

Requirements

Current undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Real Estate, Finance, Political Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
Basic understanding of real estate terminology preferred.
Critical thinking skills and ability to solve problems effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desire to learn and contribute to complex, mission-oriented projects.
Permanent U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

Support consulting and asset management: Assist in oversight of property operations and asset management for the client’s housing portfolio.
Conduct market analysis: Perform market research, track indicators, and prepare informative market reports and presentations.
Perform financial modeling: Reconcile financial data, complete monthly account statement reviews, and produce reporting packages.
Contribute to industry research: Monitor industry trends, summarize reports, and support the creation of thought leadership content.
Assist with project coordination: Track timelines, monitor project progress, and organize relevant project documentation.
Prepare presentations and reporting tools: Collaborate with the team on materials for client-facing meetings.
Support team operations: Organize meetings, maintain project databases, and contribute to the team’s operational efficiency.
