We are the world’s largest operator of holiday pop-up stores, operating hundreds of locations in malls, outlets, shopping centers, and lifestyle centers across the United States. We are seeking a Real Estate Administrator to join our team. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Real Estate and works closely with a highly collaborative team of professionals. The role requires daily communication with the VP of Real Estate and cross-functional collaboration to support the overall business by ensuring all real estate services and processes are executed efficiently and accurately. Special Note: This is not a leasing agent role. This is an administrative position designed for a highly organized professional who can manage processes and workflows related to lease documentation, rent payments, and extensive Excel spreadsheet reporting, with exceptional attention to detail. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude with a good sense of humor. This role provides administrative and clerical support to the Real Estate Department. The Real Estate Administrator oversees the timely processing of real estate functions, including deal sheets, lease agreements, rent payments, invoices, and reporting, to ensure departmental efficiency and achievement of company goals. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and an effective communicator.
