About The Position

This full-time opportunity offers a flexible compensation structure, including options for commission-only roles or a mix of base salary and commission, along with competitive benefits. The base salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $55,000, with consideration given to various factors such as experience, education, and location. As the Real Estate Acquisitions Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all real estate acquisition activities within the market. The company specializes in converting advertising and marketing leads to purchase single-family homes in any condition, as-is for cash from motivated sellers.
