Requirements

2+ years of experience in real estate, analytics, finance, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with Excel or financial modeling tools
Clear communication and ability to work across teams
Interest in commercial real estate and growth strategy

Nice To Haves

GIS or mapping tools experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze markets, demographics, traffic patterns, and trade areas to identify high-potential sites
Evaluate competitors and market trends to support expansion decisions
Build relationships with brokers, developers, and property owners
Support deal progression, negotiations, and site approvals with senior leadership
Prepare financial models, ROI analyses, and business cases
Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, Finance, Legal, and Construction teams
Track pipeline activity and present insights to leadership
