As a Real Estate Acquisitions Agent, you will be part of Cedar Brook Property, a subsidiary of Bayview Asset Management. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients looking to sell their properties. You will engage with motivated sellers, utilizing your strong sales and negotiation skills to deliver outstanding results. This is a highly entrepreneurial role with clear goals and performance incentives. The base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 with commission. Last year, our top performing acquisition managers exceeded $125,000 in total compensation. Looking for candidates in the San Antonio, TX area.
