About The Position

The Project Manager at Real Dog Studios will oversee content creation projects aimed at generating engaging and high-converting content for the Real Dog Box and Feed Real Institute brands. This hands-on role involves coordinating with various teams, managing resources, and ensuring that all content aligns with brand goals and deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within a studio or content creation environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and team-building.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with videographers, designers, and other content creators.
• Familiarity with content creation tools, scheduling software, and social media platforms.
• Strong writing skills for articles, social media posts, and scripts.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pet or canine wellness industries.
• Familiarity with video editing and design tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all content production projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between different teams and stakeholders.
• Recruit and manage a team of studio professionals, including videographers and designers.
• Lead the team in developing high-quality, scalable content that resonates with the audience.
• Develop engaging scripts for educational videos and promotional content.
• Write detailed, informative articles on canine health and nutrition.
• Craft impactful social media posts that drive engagement.
• Collaborate with videographers and designers to create visually compelling content.
• Proactively identify and address any challenges or roadblocks during the content production lifecycle.
• Ensure all content is produced efficiently and posted according to the content schedule.
