About The Position

As a Ready-Mix Truck Driver you are responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of concrete to our customers. This role is done in all environments and weather conditions while requiring frequent climbing, lifting, and working on uneven terrain.

Requirements

• Be at least 19 years old
• Possess a valid Class A or B CDL with air brakes endorsement
• Possess and maintain a clean driving record
• No DUI/DWI/OWI in the last 5 years
• A commitment to a drug-free lifestyle and willingness to complete drug/alcohol screenings

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ready-mix trucks is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough DOT pre and post trip inspections, including raising and lowering the hood.
• Review delivery tickets for every load to ensure accurate product and location.
• Drive to job sites, unload concrete, and return to the yard multiple times per day.
• Communicate professionally with customers and the ready-mix dispatch team.
• Maintain a clean truck, including washing out the drum after unloading each time.
