About The Position

The Ready Mix Laborer position involves various responsibilities related to the assembly, maintenance, and customer service in the concrete industry. The role requires a motivated individual who is willing to learn and expand their job knowledge and skills. The position is full-time and based on-site in Klamath Falls, OR.

Requirements

• Must be motivated and self-starter with the drive to expand job knowledge and skills
• Ability to communicate effectively while maintaining positive interactions with others
• Possess a valid Oregon driver license with a clean record
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime if needed

Responsibilities

• Assembly, stripping, and oiling of concrete block forms
• Assist in the maintenance and housekeeping of concrete slab areas
• Help customers with rebar and retail supply orders
• Assure all safety policies are followed to prevent any unsafe actions, processes, and behaviors
• Use of the Telehandler & Skid steer (training available)
