About The Position
Daytona Redi Mix is a prominent leader in the Ready Mix Concrete industry in Michigan, and we are currently seeking highly motivated Ready Mix Drivers to join our team in Novi. As a Ready Mix Driver, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality concrete products to our customers while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. This position requires a commitment to professionalism and efficiency, as you will be responsible for transporting concrete to various job sites in a timely manner. In this role, you will be expected to perform daily inspections of your vehicle, including fueling and cleaning, to ensure that it is in optimal working condition. You will also be responsible for lifting, carrying, cleaning, and attaching chutes as needed. Meeting customer service expectations is paramount, and you will be expected to communicate effectively with customers and team members alike. Other duties may be assigned by your supervisor as necessary, contributing to the overall success of our operations. This is a full-time position with a competitive pay rate starting at $25 per hour, and you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions are valued.
