About The Position

Schedule:
Winter Season: Monday-Friday, 20-40 hours/week
Construction Season: Monday-Saturday, Potential 5-10+ hours overtime
Duties:
Safely operate a ready mix truck
Deliver ready mix concrete to customers in Williston and surrounding areas
Provide an excellent customer service experience
Communicate with plant manager regarding delivery status, product quality, customer relations, and equipment performance
Aid in precast production as needed
Maintain equipment daily; document, communicate with, and follow up on repairs requiring technicians
All other duties assigned

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• Must have a valid class B drivers license with a 3 year clean driving record for insurance purposes
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Pre-employment drug test and background check required
• 2 years of experience preferred
• Knowledge of ready mix properties
• Knowledge of the city of Williston and surrounding areas, ability to follow directions
• Customer service oriented
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Basic documentation skills
• Positive attitude
• Customer service skills
• Reliable
• Self-motivated
