About The Position

What You'll Be Doing Safely operate ready mix concrete trucks to deliver product to customer job sites Inspect vehicle before, during, and after operation to ensure safe working condition Maintain accurate delivery, ticketing, and vehicle inspection documentation Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers Adhere consistently to all safety, environmental, and operational procedures What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and heavy equipment Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards Reliable, dependable, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate professionally Willingness to work flexible hours as business needs require Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
