About The Position

What You'll Be Doing Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections to ensure safe vehicle operation Communicate professionally with customers and team members at delivery locations Maintain proper material slump and adjust loads as needed for quality and compliance Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe, inclusive work culture
Requirements
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record
- Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and effectively
- Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to safe work habits
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and maneuvering equipment
- Collaborative attitude with clear, professional communication skills
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
