About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in good operating condition. Communicate professionally with customers and teammates to ensure efficient and accurate deliveries. Maintain adherence to safety procedures and traffic regulations at all times. Assist with routine truck cleaning and minor maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Safe and responsible vehicle operation with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Skill in navigating various job sites and adapting to changing conditions.
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working outdoors.
