About The Position

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and teammates Maintain accurate delivery documentation and follow all safety protocols Support plant operations when needed to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles
- Strong focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, physically active environments
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to follow procedures and adapt to changing job-site needs
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Responsibilities
