About The Position

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers Ensure proper concrete mixing, slump adjustment, and safe unloading Maintain a clean truck and work area while following all safety protocols
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and related equipment
- Strong focus on safety, communication, and customer service
- Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and working in varied weather
- Reliability, teamwork, and commitment to high-quality service
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
