From managing course readings and resource sharing requests to ensuring compliance with copyright and licensing, you’ll be at the centre of the systems that keep knowledge flowing. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end processes that enable access to essential library resources
• Provide timely, expert advice to diverse stakeholders—academic staff, students, internal teams and external partners
• Build your skills in leading-edge library platforms such as Alma, Leganto and Rapido
• Contribute to continuous improvement and help shape the future of resource sharing and reading list management
• Support innovative library projects, events and emerging technologies
• Create clear and effective documentation that guides both users and colleagues
• Foster strong working relationships that support exceptional service delivery
