Requirements

• Commitment to establishing a long-term professional tutoring relationship with students.

Nice To Haves

• High school teaching or tutoring experience is a plus.
• Experience working with children with learning difficulties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct two 90-minute reading lessons per week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
• Implement a scripted multisensory reading program that covers phonics, spelling, fluency, comprehension, and writing skills.
• Create and maintain a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
• Develop rapport with students to enhance their learning experience.
• Communicate effectively with students to motivate and support their learning progress.
• Commute to the student's location in San Bernardino, CA.
