ESY-Reading Teacher
About The Position
Position: Wilson Reading Teacher- Extended School Year Qualifications: CT special education teaching certification, Wilson Training Level 1 or higher and experience with Spire; required. Responsibilities: Provide individual or small group instruction using the Wilson Reading Program or the Spire reading program Progress monitor on each student Complete progress reports pertaining to goals and objectives upon completion of ESY Collaborate with teachers, related service providers and paraprofessionals Terms of Employment: Position will begin on July 1, 2026 and end July 23, 2026 Monday through Thursday of 8:30 am-12:30pm Salary in accordance with Agreement Between The Board of Education And The Avon Education Association $51.11/hr
