Requirements
- MA Certified in Elementary Education
- Licensed as a MA Reading Specialist
- Demonstrates deep content knowledge and understanding of English Language Arts
- Understands science-based reading instruction
- Adapts multisensory reading approaches to individual student's needs based on assessments
- Develops and delivers multisensory reading lessons to small groups
- Experience with student assessments, data analysis, and progress monitoring
- Provides a wide variety of best practice instructional techniques
- Proficient with technology
- Ability to effectively collaborate with teachers and support staff
- Delivers professional development initiatives
