About The Position
Works with students, staff, and administration to improve students' literacy skills and to develop and implement a long-range plan for literacy improvement at John Kerr Elementary School.
Requirements
- Applicants should hold a Virginia teaching license with a Reading Specialist K-12 endorsement or be eligible for such.
- Must have at least three years of successful classroom teaching experience in which the teaching of reading was an important responsibility.
Nice To Haves
- Special Education endorsement and/or experience teaching students receiving Special Education services preferred.
