Responsibilities
- Assess and analyze student reading levels to design personalized learning plans
- Provide small group and one-on-one reading support
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to embed effective reading strategies
- Engage families in literacy growth through communication and events
- Use data and research-based practices to drive student success
