  • Provide readiness reporting.
  • Use DRRS.
  • Contribute expert content for reports and briefings including data directly from readiness systems, summarized data, assessment data, and trend data.
  • Collect force-wide readiness data with trends and recommendations in support of monthly 3-star level and quarterly 4-star level readiness briefings.
  • Manage DRRS reporting program and its integration into multiple command processes, to include monthly tasks and timelines.
  • Contribute expert content to readiness-focused working groups and the readiness community of interest.
  • Develop highly technical solutions to query multiple readiness, training, and manpower databases across multiple domains.
  • Lead working groups aimed at development of Joint Mission Essential Tasks, review of joint mission essential task lists, and assessment of command's ability to meet task list standards.
  • Review, develop, update, and manage command operating procedures and guidance.
  • Develop read-ahead materials and briefings for a wide-range of audiences at various military and civilian ranks.
  • Use SQL.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required (Additional four (4) years of job-related military performing readiness assessments experience may be substituted for education requirement).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
  • Must be able to work full time on-site in Ft. Meade, MD.
  • Minimum of 5+ years working as a Readiness Analyst or similar role for a government agency.
  • 5+ years experience with one of the following specialties: readiness reporting, DRSS or SQL.
