Requirements

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of banking transactions for customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Make outbound calls to generate sales, open accounts, and recommend the best products and services based on customer needs.
• Direct customers to the appropriate departments or subsidiaries for additional services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships by providing timely follow-ups, answering questions, and resolving concerns.
• Perform bank operations tasks, complete reports, and manage administrative paperwork in line with bank procedures.
