This role involves monitoring processes, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a collaborative team environment. Reactor Operator Seneca, IL / On-Site 12-hour Dupont Schedule: 5:00a - 5:00p and 5:00p- 5:00a Rate of Pay: $29.21

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience in manufacturing or chemical processing
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic math and computer skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in technical or chemical field
• 2+ years reactor or batch processing experience
• Familiarity with SAP or similar systems
• Forklift certification

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor reactor systems per established procedures
• Measure and mix raw materials accurately
• Record process data and maintain documentation
• Perform routine equipment checks and minor adjustments
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards promptly
• Assist with troubleshooting and process improvements
• Clean and maintain work area and equipment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
