About The Position
The Reactor Operator position at Constellation Energy involves operating the Nuclear Power Station in accordance with the responsibilities defined by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the station's operating procedures. The role requires successful completion of Initial License Training to attain the NRC Reactor Operator License, followed by the operation of the plant to ensure safe and efficient reactor performance. The operator will monitor reactor conditions, maintain logs, and coordinate with other operators while being available for on-call status and rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
