About The Position
The Reactor Operator position at Constellation Energy involves operating a Nuclear Power Station in accordance with regulatory and operational standards. The role requires successful completion of Initial License Training to attain a Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Reactor Operator License, followed by the operation of the plant to ensure safe and efficient reactor performance. The operator will monitor reactor conditions, maintain logs, and coordinate with other operators while being available for on-call status and rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
