ReactJS Lead Developer
About The Position
Infosys is seeking a ReactJS Lead Developer. The position will primarily be responsible for providing solutions as per customer's requirements. The selected candidate be able to Lead requirements elicitation, Create Application Architecture Document (AAD), Create Design Artifacts, Review team deliverables, Deliver High quality codes, Support Deployment and Post deployment related activities, Support Transition activities, Interface with internal team and key stakeholders, Analyze and resolve issues to ensure high quality deliverables at each stage of SDLC within the defined guidelines, policies and Norms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.

- Experience in designing and writing code for UI development using ReactJ.
- Location for this position is Austin, TX. This position requires travel and/or relocation to project/client location.
Nice To Haves
- At least 3 years of experience in designing and writing code for UI development using ReactJ
- At least 3 years of experience in JavaScript, Typescript
- Demonstrated In Depth knowledge & work experience in ReactJS & UX Design
- Demonstrated experience with Agile or other rapid application development methods.
- Ability to transform complex business requirements into UX design specifications.
- Experience in DevOps methodologies and Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Delivery (CD) tools (Jenkins) Infrastructure.
- Experience implementing accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and building inclusive, accessible web applications.
- Expertise in source control and deployment tools like GIT hub, Jenkins, etc.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Capable of adapting to modern technologies and learning new tools and applications and Flexible as per the project need.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
- Experience managing team size of 2-3 would be a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
