About The Position

We are seeking a React Tech Lead with strong experience in React.js and Next.js, particularly in server-side rendering (SSR) and client-side rendering (CSR). The ideal candidate will have expertise in micro frontend architecture and integration experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content authoring. This role requires hands-on experience with GraphQL and WCS (WebSphere Commerce Suite) APIs, as well as proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. A solid understanding of performance optimization techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and caching is essential. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows is also required. The candidate should have experience in writing unit and integration tests using tools like Jest and React Testing Library, along with a good understanding of frontend architecture patterns, reusable component libraries, and accessibility standards.

Requirements

• 8 - 14 years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong experience with React.js and Next.js (SSR & CSR).
• Expertise in micro frontend architecture.
• Integration experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content authoring.
• Hands-on with GraphQL and WCS (WebSphere Commerce Suite) APIs.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, caching, etc.).

• Exposure to analytics, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with other CMS platforms besides AEM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain microfrontend-based applications using React/Next.js.
• Implement and manage SSR/CSR rendering strategies for SEO and performance.
• Integrate with AEM for dynamic content rendering and authoring.
• Consume and manage data from GraphQL and WCS endpoints.
• Lead and mentor team members on frontend development best practices.
• Work closely with design, backend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Ensure application scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Participate in architectural discussions and drive technical decisions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Drive technical discussions with customers and other vendors.
• Take lead in debugging and troubleshooting production issues within SLA.
