This role is responsible for shaping and scaling the mobile experience across Android and iOS platforms. You will lead the architecture and development of core mobile infrastructure, ensuring high performance, consistency, and scalability. Collaborating closely with design, product, and cross-functional engineering teams, you will define technical standards, CI/CD processes, and best practices for React Native development. Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with 5+ years in React Native
• Strong understanding of React Native internals, performance optimization, and native module development
• Experience building and maintaining React Native infrastructure at scale
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React Native, and native modules (iOS/Android)
• Hands-on experience with mobile build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence architectural decisions
• Knowledge of mobile app security best practices

Responsibilities

• Lead development and enhancement of the React Native infrastructure for mobile applications
• Design and implement scalable architectural patterns and developer-friendly solutions
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to integrate and extend design systems
• Establish and maintain CI/CD processes, testing frameworks, and release management standards
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across platforms and devices
• Ensure mobile applications meet high standards for security, reliability, and maintainability
• Contribute to technical decision-making across the mobile engineering organization
