About The Position
Clicker is a decentralized protocol and social layer designed to solve the biggest problem in trading: discovery. While many platforms show you what people are buying, Clicker reveals the why . We are building the global trade comment network that allows traders to share insights across any application, earning a percentage of the copytrades their expertise drives. As the trading landscape shifts toward social integration and cross-platform accessibility (from DEXs to Fintech giants), Clicker is positioned as the connective tissue for the next generation of investors. We are looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer to lead the development of our mobile and web applications. This isn't just about building UI; it’s about solving "meat-and-potatoes" software engineering challenges. You will scale a high-frequency social environment where sub-second rendering and smooth UX are non-negotiable. Whether it's profiling network calls or optimizing React Native for cross-platform performance, you will have the autonomy to build a world-class consumer product from the ground up. Key Projects Include: The Feed: Developing a lightning-fast, infinite-scroll feed for trades and social commentary. Trading Metrics: Engineering sophisticated charts and dashboards that render real-time on-chain data. Social Layer: Building threaded, interactive trade comments that function seamlessly across the ecosystem. Discovery Tools: Creating "Explore" layouts to surface trending tokens, strategies, and top-performing traders.
Requirements
- Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies, specifically React Native, React, and TypeScript.
- Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience at high-growth tech startups, ideally working on consumer applications that have reached millions of Daily Active Users (DAUs).
- Performance Engineering: A background in profiling and optimizing rendering, state management, and network interactions to ensure a premium user experience.
- System Design: Experience designing and maintaining robust component libraries and design systems.
- Operational Excellence: A strong understanding of cross-platform build systems, app store releases, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mindset: An appetite for high-performance products and the ability to work with a high degree of creative freedom and autonomy.
