About The Position

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be to contribute to the requirements elicitation process, facilitate software application design discussions, participate in coding and integration of new features, conduct code reviews, implement test strategies, develop user training programs, and actively resolve production issues. You are expected to have a collaborative spirit, excellent communication skills, the ability to handle end-to-end SDLC phases, translate complex requirements into actionable tasks, and possess a passion for design and hands-on coding. A proactive approach to testing, troubleshooting, and refining applications, along with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and perform software integration, is also key. Requirements

Experience with Information Technology
Experience in React Native
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

Nice To Haves

Experience in mobile app based front-end development in native and cross-platform mobile technologies
Experience in React Native based cross-platform mobile application development for both iOS and Android
Expertise in React Native components, libraries, framework upgrades, routing, SDK, Dev Tools, debugging and native modules
Ability to define cross-platform mobile app solution options, provide estimates on effort and risk, and evaluate technical feasibility
Experience in mobile application technical design, packaging, and deployment
Experience in mobile app performance testing, tools and mobile security
Experience in integrating complex mobile front-end pages with back-end APIs/microservices
Experience directly working on teams with DevOps responsibilities
Proficient in performing peer technical code reviews and pair programming activities
Knowledgeable with version control systems (GitHub) and issue tracking (Jira)
Ability to lead the team and take bottom-line responsibility of work delivered by the team
Ability to communicate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and with Clients
Experience in leading onsite/offshore teams
Proven track record of being self-directed, results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals despite ambiguity and multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and business-facing
Experience with Agile/Scrum ways of working

Responsibilities

Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided
Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects
