Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. You will use your development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions that meet client needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Continuously improve code quality through code reviews and testing. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development practices. Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing. This role is a hybrid role and requires 3 days a week onsite in Charlotte, NC

Requirements

• A minimum 5 years of work experience
• A minimum 3 years of Java Full Stack Development experience
• Bachelor's degree
