Our challenge We are seeking a highly motivated React.js Developer with experience in Micro Frontend architecture to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications within the banking, financial services, and payments domain. Prior domain experience is a plus but not mandatory; a strong foundation in React.js and micro frontend patterns is essential. Additional Information The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Dallas, TX is $105k - $115k/year & benefits (see below). The Role Responsibilities: Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js. Design and implement micro frontend architecture to enable scalable and independently deployable UI modules. Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and other data services. Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure robust and high-performing applications. Work closely with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive user experiences. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and technologies. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and frameworks related to React.js and micro frontend development. Requirements: Proven experience in React.js development. Strong understanding of Micro Frontend architecture and implementation. Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX). Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn. Understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and data integration. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Agile development methodology experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in React.js development.
Strong understanding of Micro Frontend architecture and implementation.
Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn.
Understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and data integration.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Agile development methodology experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience in banking, financial services, payments, or related domain.
Knowledge of secure coding practices and compliance standards in financial applications.
Familiarity with containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to other front-end frameworks or micro frontend frameworks (e.g., Module Federation, Single-SPA).
