About The Position

The React Full Stack Developer at Capgemini is responsible for designing and developing complex web-based applications using Java Spring Boot and React. This role requires a strong background in software development, particularly in Java EE and RESTful web services, along with expertise in modern web technologies and CI/CD practices. Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development, particularly with Java EE and RESTful web services.
• Strong knowledge of Java 8, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including React, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like OCP and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Python programming language.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with JWT and OAUTH for secure application development.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop secure and optimized web-based applications using Java Spring Boot and React.
• Evaluate React web applications using various evaluation libraries such as JEST and React Testing Library.
• Implement RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
• Utilize CI/CD tools and practices for efficient software delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Maintain and improve existing applications and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
