React Developer – GenAI Discovery & Prototyping
About The Position
This position supports the GenAI Discovery & Prototyping Team. The team evaluates new concepts from the business, rapidly builds prototypes, and determines whether they move into product development. The React Developer will build front end user experiences for GenAI-driven prototypes, integrating UI components with AI endpoints, internal APIs, and LLM-based workflows. Projects are short (1 month cycles), fast paced, and require someone highly independent who can contribute almost immediately. This person will collaborate closely with product SMEs, back end engineers, and the business to test feasibility of agent based UX, diet formulation tools, and new customer facing innovations.
Requirements
- Strong Software Engineering Experience
- High Level React Expertise
- Strong API Integration Experience
- AI / Agent Based UX Experience
- Rapid Prototyping Ability
Responsibilities
- Build React based front ends for GenAI prototypes
- Connect UI to AI endpoints, Foundry models, and REST APIs
- Develop agent-based UX interactions and prompt-driven workflows
- Participate in dual track agile (discovery-oriented development)
- Collaborate with business SMEs to validate ideas and feasibility
- Contribute to rapid prototyping cycles with minimal supervision
- Provide technical feedback on whether concepts should progress to delivery backlog
