About The Position

The Reach Truck Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a reach truck to move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse. This role supports daily operations by ensuring that products are accurately stored, retrieved, and prepared for shipment while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience operating a reach truck or similar equipment preferred.
• Valid forklift/reach truck certification (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Strong commitment to safety and accuracy.
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks in narrow aisles and at elevated heights.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer or scanner skills for tracking inventory.

Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck to move, load, and unload pallets and materials in high racking systems.
• Transport and stage products for shipping, receiving, and production areas.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues immediately.
• Follow warehouse management system (WMS) procedures to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist with order picking, pallet wrapping, and general warehouse duties as needed.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
