About The Position

We are seeking energetic students to fill the positions of Reach-a-Roadrunner student callers. A team of students will be hired to call alumni and friends of the University to build relationships and raise money for MSU Denver. Our mission is to enrich academic departments, athletics and student affairs by generating donations and support for MSU Denver from our alumni and friends. Through this position, students create giving opportunities that promote an affinity between MSU Denver alumni and their alma mater while having positive conversation with MSU Denver alumni and friends. #LI- DNI

Requirements

• MUST BE A STUDENT ENROLLED AT AN APPROVED COLORADO HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION
• Ability to work hours during shifts Monday through Thursdays from 5-9pm
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Ability to effectively manage your time
• Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in team and individual environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working in a call center or customer service role.
• Intermediate computer skills
• Problem-solving mentality
