About The Position
The Reablement Assistant facilitates an innovative cognitive and physical restoration program at Kemper Cognitive Wellness. The ideal candidate engages clientele in a positive and upbeat manner and contributes to a curriculum that is designed to improve cognitive abilities as well as overall health and performance of older adults, helping them live more independently. Days and hours vary by location, and a weekend rotation may be required.
Requirements
- Teaching/Training/Coaching experience
- Effective classroom management skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to be adaptive and creative
- Sense of humor and ability to bring enjoyment to the group while instructing
Nice To Haves
