About The Position

Eaton's ReSurge Program is a 12-month paid returnship designed to support individuals rejoining the workforce after a career break. This program offers participants the opportunity to work on real-world challenges while refreshing their leadership skills in a global organization. Participants will collaborate with experienced leaders and mentors, gaining diverse experiences tailored to their professional growth. Successful candidates may be considered for full-time employment upon completion of the program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution (Engineering preferred).
  • At least 3+ years of relative work experience.
  • Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
  • Candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of the location.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of a voluntary career break from your profession.
  • Proficient in Data Analysis (Excel or Power BI).
  • Experience implementing Lean Six Sigma or leading improvement projects in a transactional/office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Research, create, strategize, and execute OPEX and CI projects for EatonCare PMO organization.
  • Work with the OPEX team on a CI roadmap for all EatonCare.
  • Create Value Stream Maps.
  • Create Customer Journey Maps.
  • Implement Eaton's Continuous Improvement Framework.
  • Guide Kaizen and CI events.
