  • Providing training and direction to other associates as needed by management.
  • Responding to customer service requests for moving items off the floor after purchase.
  • Assisting the procurement lead in initiating partnerships with local businesses for donations.
  • Cold calling and prospecting local businesses to generate donations.
  • Approving donation acceptance and pricing levels, enforcing safety policies, and arranging the store as needed.
  • Fluent communication skills in English.
  • Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities for time and space management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for customer and staff interactions.
  • Willingness to research and learn about donated items.
  • Knowledge of repair and fixing household items and furniture is desirable.
  • Valid Driver's License.
