  • Interacting with donating customers in a friendly and solution-oriented manner.
  • Providing training and direction to other associates as needed by management.
  • Responding to customer service requests for moving items off the floor after purchase.
  • Assisting the procurement lead in initiating partnerships with local businesses for donations.
  • Cold calling and prospecting local businesses to generate donations.
