About The Position

The Re-Disclosure Specialist is primarily responsible for ensuring all required federal and state- specific disclosures are correctly prepared and provided to the appropriate party within mandated timeframes and in compliance with all internal and external guidelines and policies.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• At least three (3) years of prior experience in the mortgage lending industry
• Must have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Must be dependable with meeting deadlines and managing time
• Have an ability to multi-task
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• Understanding of current mortgage industry-related regulatory law a plus
• At least five (5) years of prior experience in the mortgage banking industry with at least (2) years of experience serving in a disclosure position a plus
• Knowledge of Encompass 360 LOS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Re-Disclosure Queue which includes but is not limited to the following pipelines: “Redisclosure Desk—Redisclosure Pending” and “Redisclosure Desk—TBD Loans”
• Determine if loans in Redisclosure Desk—Redisclosure Pending queue present an acceptable changed circumstance (within 3 day TRID timeframe) and/or if re-disclosure is required
• Communicate the need for re-disclosure to all parties requiring notification (Loan Officer and Loan Processor) through internal ticketing system - Zendesk
• Monitor re-disclosure process and corresponding timeline (3-day TRID timeframe)
• Prepare Change of Circumstance form(s) (COC) and send required COC and any applicable disclosures (LE and State Required Documents) to appropriate parties (Borrower and/or Loan Officer (if applicable)
• Ensure all parties requiring said disclosure documents are in receipt thereof
• Address any calls, emails, messages or questions related to the redisclosure process
• Complete other duties as assigned.
