About The Position
RDS - Pharmacy Technician - BILINGUAL SPANISH REQUIRED - Full Time - Adelante Pharmacy Hours: Monday-Friday - No nights or weekends, closed for lunch period Pay: $28.50-$29.50/hour, depending on experience, certifications, skills, etc. Locations: Will work at Gila Bend, AZ pharmacy Monday-Thursday, and Goodyear, AZ pharmacy on Fridays Must be willing/able to work at Gila Bend and Goodyear locations as scheduled above. No mileage reimbursement included. -- VytlOne (formerly Maxor National Pharmacy Services) is seeking a highly competent, organized, reliable, and compassionate full time RDS - Pharmacy Technician for our clinic-based pharmacies located within Adelante Healthcare. This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-starter Pharmacy Technician to join an outstanding team of dedicated professionals. This role will operate under remote management of a Pharmacy Manager stationed at one of Adelante's other locations. The pharmacy is managed by VytlOne, headquartered in Amarillo, TX. Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED Required, post-secondary schooling is a plus
- Current/Clear AZ Pharmacy Technician License required
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience preferred
- Ability to operate various pharmacy software programs/equipment proficiently
- Bilingual Spanish required
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience as a strong Pharmacy Technician
- Must be a self-starter, with organization and time management skills exemplified in a pharmacy environment
- Must be comfortable operating under remote supervision.
Nice To Haves
- Nationally certified by PTCB/NHA is a plus
- RDS experience is a plus, but not required.
- Prior Authorization experience is a huge bonus
Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in providing accurate, timely, appropriate, and compliant pharmacy services as per local/federal regulations and company policies and procedures
- Communicates with pharmacists via secure video link or telepharmacy software
- Handles inventory, patient counseling, coordination, and compliance with telepharmacy regulations
- Enter patient data and prescription information accurately and efficiently
- Provide compassionate and attentive customer service
- Answer telephones expediently and courteously
- Operate POS and ring sales accurately
- Demonstrate proficiency, sensitivity, and a sense of urgency during all phone and on-site interactions
- Complete tasks in an organized, accurate and efficient manner
- Think and act proactively
- Demonstrate the utmost professionalism at all times
- Maintain an organized pharmacy under only remote supervision
- Accurately and efficiently handle other job duties as assigned
