Requirements
- Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Texas (required)
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Friendly, patient-focused attitude and professional appearance
- Punctual, organized, and proactive
Nice To Haves
- Radiology certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Assisting the dentist chairside with procedures and patient care
- Sterilizing and preparing instruments, trays, and treatment rooms
- Taking x-rays and maintaining accurate patient records
- Ensuring patients feel at ease before, during, and after appointments
- Supporting front desk operations and team communication as needed
- Contributing to a positive, organized, and efficient office environment
