We are looking for a senior RCS project manager to support our cross-functional team. Candidate will report to the Vice President of OR Optimization/Medical Director of Revenue Cycle Services. Core team focus is improving OR and System Financial Team effectiveness, which involves working with facility OR teams, Supply Chain Operations, Clinical Effectiveness, Revenue Cycle Services (RCS) and the IU Health Medical Group. This is a unique role in IUH due to the variety of areas we serve, providing great exposure to IU Health and a great growth opportunity. The ability to work with and manage projects across varied operational teams and roles is required. Over the next 3 years, team focus and goals will include the Epic migration and pre-work as operational optimization opportunities are discovered. Flexibility and ability to pivot is beneficial. Candidate should have competency in preparing content for meetings and presenting to senior-level leadership. Proficiency in process mapping and identifying data-driven solutions are required. Skill in Office 365 platforms is required, including data analysis and no-code report development. Experience in OR operations, RCS, Clinical IS, and/or Operational Excellence, is preferred.
