Under the direction of the RCM Systems Manager, the RPA & RCM Systems Specialist is responsible for the oversight of all Robotic Process Automations (RPAs or bots) that support RCM. The role involves monitoring daily output reports, triaging and researching performance issues, maintaining RCM RPA inventory, and partnering with Product Engineering regarding statuses and actions required. The specialist will also identify opportunities for new bot automations, manage inbound bot requests, develop workflows in partnership with the RCM Training Team, and ensure adherence to policy expectations and Product Engineering requirements for RPA submission. Additionally, the role includes testing in partnership with the Product Team, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency of bots and existing RCM workflows.
