About The Position
The RCM Specialist at ATI Physical Therapy plays a crucial role in enhancing the revenue cycle processes by partnering with business leaders to implement positive changes. This position is designed to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of revenue cycle operations through various means, including conducting account audits, performing data analysis, assisting in training sessions, and participating in team and vendor meetings. The RCM Specialist will also be responsible for updating ATI's policies and procedures related to their specific area within the revenue cycle. This hybrid role is based at ATI's corporate headquarters in Bolingbrook, IL, which is the largest outpatient orthopedic physical therapy company operating under a single brand, with over 900 locations across 24 states.
