The Quality & Performance Coordinator supports the execution of quality assurance, audit, and performance improvement across Revenue Cycle Management Operations. Reporting to the Quality & Performance Improvement Manager, this role conducts routine audits, analyzes performance trends, identifies process gaps, and partners with operational teams to improve accuracy, compliance and efficiency across key functions such as Benefit Verification, Cash Posting, Denials and Accounts Receivable Management. This role plays a critical part in ensuring adherence to payer requirements, internal policies, and operational standards while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
